I got a question the other day, about what kind of camcorder accessories you eventually needed to buy for a Canon HV30.

Generally speaking, one can say, whether it be Canon, JVC, etc. that an extra battery, microphone, tripod and a carrying case is camcorder accessories that is great to have. It does not cost too much but can be very handy if you are shooting a lot. A battery that is dead when you need to shoot is frustrating …

You may also need some extra cables and cards (firewire) if you do not already have it installed on the PC.

Other than that, I think that it is enough what you already have. But, if you intend to shoot at a more professionally level, it will of course be different and require a lot of extra camcorder accessories. But, since this article is meant for amateur, I will skip that for now.
