Digital Camera VS. Camcorder

A common question that comes up constantly is how to choose between a digital camera or camcorder.

In view of that the digital cameras have become much better at recording film and camcorders have become much better at still photos, the choice has become more difficult.

In an ideal world it would be easy to buy both a camcorder and digital camera. Unfortunately, it will cost a lot of money to buy both a digital camera and a camcorder and that is the reason why many are faced with the problem about what they should choose, because they cannot afford to buy both.

The first thing you have to decide on is what you are looking for. Is it to record movies in the first place or is it to take pictures?

Whichever way you look at it, a camcorder is the obvious choice if you want to shoot a lot of film. It is still superior to digital camera on the field.

However, if you want to take picture in first place, a digital camera would be the obvious choice.

So, take your time and think about what you first of all want it for. Once you know that, then you have come a long way.
